Ten Thinks Book Club

The Big Leap by Gay Hendericks

What if the only thing standing between you and your next level… is you?

Starting June 2, I’m hosting a FREE virtual book club on The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks—a book that explores how we unknowingly hold ourselves back from the very success, joy, and impact we’re capable of.

I chose this book not because I agree with every single page (spoiler: I don’t), but because it sparked something in me. A recognition. A discomfort. A challenge.

I've spent years wrestling with the fear of my own potential—of shining too bright, failing too publicly, or simply being too much and not enough at the same time.

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. This book club is for those of us who are tired of playing small but still feel nervous about what “big” might require.

And here's the truth: Growth isn’t meant to happen in isolation. That’s why this space exists—to read, reflect, and rise together. You don’t have to agree with everything in the book. In fact, your questions, pushback, and perspective will only make this experience richer.

What to Expect

  • 4 virtual sessions on Zoom (every other Monday @ 7 PM CT)
    June 2, June 16, June 30, July 14

  • You’ll need a copy of The Big Leap (physical or audio)

  • Each session includes guided discussion, personal reflection, and practical takeaways

  • Light accountability, real encouragement, and no pressure to be perfect

This is for you if...

  • You know there’s more in you—but fear, doubt, or playing it safe keeps getting in the way

  • You’ve outgrown your comfort zone but aren’t sure how to move forward without shrinking

  • You’re tired of doing the work alone and want real community that gets it

  • You’re not just looking to read a book—you’re ready to wrestle with it, reflect on it, and rise because of it

  • You don’t need a perfect answer—you just need a brave next step
