Hey, I’m Tenysha.
For years, I had ideas—big ones—scribbled in mostly empty notebooks, waiting for the “right time.” One of those ideas was my children’s book, Mommy, What Does God Look Like?. I held onto it for 15 years, telling myself I’d get to it someday with someday never being a date I found on the calendar.
After a loss that reminded me that life is too precious to not live out my potential, I put into practice everything I’ve studied about self-awareness, leadership, change, and hope, and I finally did something to accomplish my goal. What I learned in the process is that growth doesn’t happen in isolation. I needed the right people, the right push, and a space to figure it out.
I’ve spent my career helping organizations utilize behavioral science to develop employees to reach their potential, and now I want to do the same for you—whether through speaking, coaching, or the conversations that shift something inside you. My goal is simple: to help you move toward what you’re meant to do—because waiting for perfect isn’t the answer. Starting is.
